Acidity Cure With Herbs At Home

You can drink cold drink or cold water after eating a cup of Vanilla ice cream for quick relief from acidity. You can also mix some salt in Cold drink of lemon flavor for relief. Sherbet made by kokum and cumin seeds is also a good remedy. Use of fibers and fruits in diet is a good choice for healthy life. Fiber supplements also helps to retain energy and reduce acidity related problems.

By chewing one piece of clove slowly everyday is a very good habit as far as this problem is concerned. It also cures minor dental problems. You can also use clove as a mouth freshener. Clove can also be used in tea for good taste and health. You can also chew a piece of jaggery slowly if you are suffering from acidity, till acidity alleviates.

Salad is very good for health but avoid eating raw vegetables like onion, radish and cabbage at night. These vegetables are the generators of acidity. Saunf (aniseed) is also very helpful in this regard. Take one cup of water and boil one spoon of aniseed at night and drink this water in the morning with one spoon of honey. The intake of this mixture three times a day can do magic. It is also helpful in reducing weight.
