Some people are worried about reducing their body weight and some are worried as how to gain body weight. By exercise or walk, your body can absorb the calories consumed by you and help you increase your body mass in accurate quantity. Brisk walking, swimming, cycling etc. are useful in making your body active and strong.

Mango contains calories in good number but is without protein content.

Prefer eating food full of Vitamin D &B, magnesium, calcium and proteins. Green leafy vegetables with cereals is a good choice in this regard. Also, add some rice in your diet on a daily basis.
