Irritable Bowel Syndrome Natural Remedies

IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) is generally called a common disorder of intestines which can lead to crampy pain,  bloating, chronic constipation, and chronic diarrhea, mucous in the stool, fatigue, full sensation even after a small meal, vomiting and change in bowel habits. The symptoms of IBS may differ from person to person. The abdominal pain can occur especially in the lower part of abdomen with recurrent diarrhea and constipation or both.
