Natural Remedies For Dry Skin

Dry skin can cause premature ageing as compared to normal oily skin. Dry skin usually lacks moisture and skin loses its smoothness and suppleness. It may cause to develop laugh lines, fine lines and wrinkles. It generally looks dehydrated and gives signs of cracking or chapping. It can get worse in the change of climate and try to keep it hydrated by drinking water in plenty. Some herbal and natural remedies are suggested to treat the dry skin..

Aloe Vera: Gel of it is extremely useful for skin which contain high level of malic acid. It gives nutrition to skin and is an anti-wrinkles agent. It is an effective natural remedy to keep skin healthy.

Rose Water And Honey: Rose water is natural astringent and it tones the skin . Honey is rich in vitamins and is good for skin diseases such as acne.  Mix it with rose water and apply on the face.  Face should be rinsed after ten minutes with lukewarm water. This keeps the skin healthy and saves from dryness.

Apple: It should be peeled, grated and refrigerated to cool. It should be applied skin or face for at least fifteen minutes and then rinse the face with water.  It can help in soothing dry skin and a wonderful glow is given on the skin.

Banana, Papaya, Peach Or Avocado: Make a paste of these fruits. The paste should be applied on the skin for twenty minutes, after that it should be rinsed off with lukewarm water to get the real glow on the skin.

Cocoa butter: It is a very good natural medicine for skin. It has lot of  antioxidants which are good for skin.  It may be applied on the skin to soothe and protect the skin from dryness. It is very useful to keep the skin moist and prevent it from wrinkle.

Avocado Facial: The oil which is found in the avocado is actually an emollient and it contains vitamin E. The pulp of this should be applied on the dry skin for getting healthy skin. It gives glow to the skin and it looks naturally beautiful.

Lavender Oil: Few drops of oil should be mixed with water to take bath.  This removes many types of  skin infections, also good for acne. Aloe Vera cream should be applied after taking bath to keep skin moistened.

Cucumber (Cucumis sativus): It is quite beneficial for dryness of skin. the juice of it should be applied on the skin to feel the cooling effect. The juice provides natural moisturiser and nutrients to  skin.

Almond And Olive Oil: Massage the face and other parts of the body with this oil combination to get benefits of this. It nourishes the skin and makes it soft.  Olive oil has anti-aging properties and makes the skin radiant look. It may be used at night before going to sleep.

Grape seeds oil: This  oil penetrates well into the skin and tightens and tones the skin. It should be used after taking shower to get soothing effect on the skin. The glow can be seen after using it for few days.
