Take one tablespoon of multani mitti. Mix about three tablespoons with rose water. Take one tablespoon of sandalwood. Mix about three tablespoon with rose water. Apply the pack alternately twice a week to face and neck. Wash face when the pack dries off completely. This is a unique pack containing valuable herbs to give you an oil-free, smooth and clear skin.

Yogurt and lemon: Take two tablespoon of plain unsweetened yogurt with one tablespoon of lemon juice.  Apply this mixture directly to the skin which is overly oily. Make sure you do not apply the pack around your eyes, as lemon juice is highly acidic. Leave this on the face for fifteen to twenty minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water.

Face Steam: Take a facial steam twice a week to regulate the oil production in the skin. Simply fill a bowl with boiling water and lower your face no closer than 12 inches above the bowl. Cover your head with a towel and steam for about 10 minutes. Splash with cool water when you are finish steaming.

Raw papaya: Make a pulp of raw papaya and apply on your back and neck. Papaya has a cleansing action, softening dead skin cells and aiding their removal.

Tomato and Cucumber pulp: 1 tablespoon of tomato pulp, 1 tablespoon of cucumber pulp, and 2 drops of lemon juice. Apply this paste repeatedly on your back and neck. Wash after 15 min with lukewarm water.

Toothpaste: For oily skin, apply a thin layer of toothpaste and leave until dry. Once dry gently wash face with warm water. This temporarily dries out oily skin.

Aloe Vera: Apply Aloe Vera gel to your face to absorb oil and clear out pores. Dab the gel onto your face two to three times a day, and then let it dry. The gel will feel more refreshing if it’s cool, so keep it in the refrigerator.

Almond honey scrub: Mix a small amount of almond meal with honey. Then gently massage (don’t scrub) the paste onto your skin with a hot washcloth. Rinse thoroughly. You can also make a scrub from oatmeal mixed with Aloe Vera. Rub gently onto the skin, leave on for 15 minutes, and then wash off thoroughly.
